Return & Refund Policy
All products at Lil Sprouts are custom-made and handcrafted exclusively on order, and therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed.
We request customers to carefully review their design preferences, colour choices, and order details before placing an order.
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.
Returns or refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Minor variations in colour, size, or design due to handmade craftsmanship
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear
- Delays caused by courier services
Lil Sprouts’ decision regarding returns, refunds, or replacements will be final.
